This effort - '03/'04 should address any queries, but then again, may just serve to confuse and baffle which some might say is the point of the game. first book? No. (*some applause*) [Clarification: to be honest, it is many years since I read the books, and I always knew the radio series better anyway. It definitely did not appear in the first radio series, and I am pretty certain that it therefore did not appear in the first book.]
