This effort - '03/'04 should address any queries, but then again, may just serve to confuse and baffle which some might say is the point of the game. It is indeed. I hadn't realised I did that 2 years ago. But some of the answers have changed since then! I'm afraid this baton has been punctured by several micrometeoroids, but it's still almost as good as new.
