down! ... ... It's an old anti-consumerism chant ... I used pumice stone - works like a treat - three weeks and your early morning/evening and lunch time woes are banished forever. I've still got mine somewhere if anyone is interested - well I don't need it anymore (anyway the plastic sticks to my tongue!) ... :-)

(insert apostrophe) appetites (BM) Don't know that one, but it's certainly best as Funk rather than Swing. I've heard a Big Band version of it several times (don't know the arranger) and it goes well with plenty of space for solos but I've never played it with any Big Band I've been with.
I'd just like to point out that although I *was* responsible, on joining, for the pseudonym explosion a few months ago while I selected my moniker, whatever that string just was was not down to me.
