Named possibly after a 16th century innkeeper who had a locker in which he kept his drink, or possibly a derivation of Jonah, possibly of the Whale persuasion. It exists all over the world but not any place in particular, but its not a place you'd probably want to visit, Unless you are Jacques Cousteau that is.
