My seventh in MOUNTAINS and MOLEHILLS is found [Kim] Astray how? It makes sense to me so far...

My eighth, of course, is in the UNDERGROUND

My ninth's nicely ROUNDED not thin like a STICK

My tenth's in ADOBE but not in a BRICK

My elevenses have RICH TEA but nary a HOB NOB
